What we record

When you accept analytics, this site records the following behavioural events via PostHog (EU-hosted):

  • Pageviews (which routes you visit, not what you type)
  • Quiz lifecycle: start, answer saved, submit, abandon
  • Review actions: opening a past attempt, filtering the attempts list
  • Admin actions (only if you are an administrator): question create/edit, status change, run publish
  • A stable, randomly-generated user id and the domain part of your email (e.g. e-uvt.ro)

What we do not record

  • Your raw email address or name
  • The content of your quiz answers
  • Session replay, keystrokes, or mouse recordings
  • Cross-site browsing activity or third-party cookies

Why we record it

This platform is built for academic and portfolio purposes. Aggregated, anonymised usage metrics — for example daily active users, quiz-completion rate, or average time per question — may be shown publicly in the author's portfolio, CV, and associated academic write-ups. No individual user is identifiable in those aggregates; the metrics report on the user base as a whole.

We also use the same data to fix bugs and improve the study experience.

Legal basis & your choices

The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given when you clicked Accept analytics in the banner. You can withdraw consent at any time using the button below — future events will not be captured and the PostHog SDK will stop sending data from your browser.

Where data lives & how long

Events are sent to PostHog's EU region (eu.i.posthog.com) and retained according to PostHog's default retention for this project. Your account data (email, name) lives in our own database and is kept for as long as your account exists.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data at any time — including deletion of your analytics profile and your account. Contact: raul.radulescu00@e-uvt.ro.
